How to make your comment form with your image, like screenshot bellow

to make your comment form like screenshot, follow this step bellow:
1. Sign in to darft bloggers> Layout> Edit HTML
2. Check -> Expand Widget Templates.
3. Find the following code <div class='comment-form'>
4. Once you find them Replace with the following code,

5. Now find the code ]]></ b: skin>

6. copy and paste CSS code below and put before of ]]></ b: skin>

7. save it by pressing the save template

Image First  Before mouse over
Image second After mouse over

Scrypt red colour before image mouse over
